Hi All,

I'm supporting a DNN web application that was recently migrated from Windows 2003 to Windows Server 2008.  Since the migration, the automatic pulling in of new users from Active Directory has stopped working, i.e. users who joined the company after the Windows 2003-2008 migration receive an error on accessing the DNN site. The roles for all existing users however continue to be sync'ed with AD.

Given below are the particulars of my web application:
    DNN version: 5.6.1
    IIS version: 7.5
The web application is setup within the Default web site.

    Application Pool:
        .NET Framework version: 2.0
        Managed Pipeline Mode: Classic

On the web server machine, I've granted IUSR the following permissions on folder C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727 :
        Modify\Read & execute
        List Folder Contents
        Read
        Write

    Within DNN:
Admin >> Extensions >> Default Authentication  is DISABLED.
        Admin >> Extensions >> DNN_ActiveDirectoryAuthentication  is ENABLED.

    Browser: IE 11

The error that the "new" users, i.e. users who are setup in AD but not in DNN, receive is:

    This page can't be displayed.

. Make sure the web address <<web address deleted>> is correct.
. Look for the page with your search engine.
. Refresh the page in a few minutes.

If anyone could help with how new users can automatically be pulled in from AD, I would very much appreciate.

Thank you so much,

Amit
