After deleting a child portal, I'm getting an error when creating another one.  I already have three, which puzzles me even more.  The error says access denied to aliasname, which makes sense, becuase that folder never gets created.  There's also somethig abuut roleName must not be empty.  The portal appears in the Host|Portals list, but clicking the edit pencil results in an error message, "Error: Site Settings is currently unavailable."  No way in the UI to delete this sucker.  Anybody see this before?

6. Record in portals table created.

Anyone seen anything like this before.  It looks like a FilePermission problem, but isn't, as far as I can tell.

Does the asp.net process have permission to modify/edit the directory "C:\Inetpub\vhosts\lessonsin.com\httpdocs\ssis"?
