Hello,

I have an issue with uploading pdf files using the Text/HTML editor in versions 07.01.02 of Evoq content (I have tried to search the forum but either I get an error or I am being redirected to the forum home...).

My question is: when I upload a pdf that I have created with Adobe Acrobat, then I am able to upload the pdf to the server. When I try to upload a pdf that I have created with NitroPDF then the file doesn't appear in the FileManager. The pdf is not corrupt and can be opened by Adobe and by Nitro PDF.

Is there anyone who can advise me?

Thanks in advance.

please check files table in the database, whether both files are registered using same mime type:
SELECT FileName, Extension, ContentType, [Size] FROM Files WHERE FileName Like '(enter your file name here)'

Thank you for your support. We checked the DB, the table remains empty. In the meantime we have found out that Password security is enabled for this pdf (although it doesn't ask for a pw when opening the pdf).

So I assume that this security setting disturbs the uploading process. I will try to get the pw and try to upload it with this security setting enabled.
