So website application pool was on "stopped" in control panel, however remained installed on server, suddenly and accidentally I discovered that the ARVIXE hosted website is back online and application pool started, like the website became sentient or something.

that might have happened during a server restart, maybe someone was of the impression that the app pool failed to start.

OK still suspicious that they did not react correctly on my support tickets and my abuse ticket, that makes one paranoid, when one could still chat with ARVIXE support, this was a couple of years ago that this was still possible, this would not have happened, we would have found the reason, now support is a kind of fake like a "playback" singer only fooling the users but not doing anything effective, however ASP.NET PRO only cost US $ 150 a year or so, how much real support can ARVIXE offer for that money? I think they have decided: none
