every cached content will increase memory consumption of your application.
If your hosting provider limited the memory available, this may result in a restart of the application, which clears the cache.

HOST SETTINGS:

Page State Persistence: Page

Module Cache Provider: File

Cache Settings: Moderate

Authenticated Cacheability: No Cache

MODULE SETTINGS:

DNN Blog & NB_Store modules both: Output Caching Provider = File

Should this do the trick? (Less memory or better none at all?)

Authenticated Cacheability may be set to "Server and .." this shouldn't affect your Memory footprint.
Everything else seem to be optimal to reduce Cache Memory used.

Hi Johan,

Have you ask them how much memory that you use on the server? Are you using the memory constantly? If you use high memory constantly, that is problem on your site and you may need to check it. My hosting provider (asphostportal) allow me to use high memory usage too, but I dont use the memory constantly, so they never give any notice for me.
