Hi,

Yesterday some websites on my partners server got hacked.
Looks like all within a few minutes. What they did:
- Added a SuperUser account
- Logged in with the SuperUser account
- Uploaded two pictures (bg.gif and logo.png) in the root directory
- Uploaded a file "Profile.aspx") in the /portal/0/Images folder

These are the versions of the websites:
DNN 7.05, DNN 7.1, DNN 7.2.1, DNN 7.3.2 und DNN 7.4

Any idea how they got into and how this can be fixed?

Thanks for any help...

Harald

Sure would be nice if this forum software auto-linked.....

I edited Ash's post to add the URL link in there.
