Hi Guys,

I'm having a problem with a website (http://www.fraiche.co.cr); it doesn't matter what you do it gives you a message "This site can't be reach."

Now, how did I run into this scenario? I had a duplicate entry in my host provider control panel for this website and I requested through a ticket to remove the duplicate one. The guys from the host company told me they re-create the site and place the same URL on it but now we get this error message and they're currently trying to bring the site back up and I trying to get some outputs from the DNN experts over here.

Any help will be more than appreciate.

Thanks.

News, my provider wants me to delete all re-directs from the website, this is his message,

"Can you please just remove all redirect rules from your dnn website ? It should fix the ERR_CONNECTION_RESET issue."

Can anyone point me into the direction to do this manually on code?
