I confess I didn't know about the Issue Tracker! I found the ticket created by muddeatr, so I've refrained from duplicating it. I can confirm that it seems to be exactly the same issue.

We've been experiencing this exact same issue ever since we upgraded the website to DNN 8.0.3. As you can imagine it's very frustrating for our client as well as ourselves.
