some of the tasks are cleanup tasks, messaging dispatch is sending messages in the queue to admins and other users.
Thread being aborted is just a timeout and should not worry you much, as long as the job is done.

But my site's AppPool is stopping and I have to start the AppPool manually through the hosting control panel. I just though this is because of the schedulers issue.

Another strange thing.
I disabled all schedules and still I can see this error message time to time. How that comes?

Please, can you advise?

please check your Windows event logs for the associated error, I doubt, it is caused by this scheduler timeout.
by default, IIS App Pool is configured to stop, if there are more than 5 error in 5 minutes.

I am using a shared hosting plan. So how can I check the windows event log? Is it possible?

When I disable all schedulers, now I can see only a few scheduler errors and did not stop the AppPool until now. But I can not figure out how comes this errors when I have stopped all.

Anyway, it was possible to have 5 errors in 5 mins before I stop all schedules.

Also please can you tell me what are the main Schedulers that we must need to run for better performance?

there are cleanup scheduler jobs like purgeEventlog, PurgeLogBuffer, PurgeClientDependencyFiles and purgeCache, which perform cleanup for performance and integrity.
SearchSiteCrawler, sendLogNotifications, purgeSitelog and purgeUserOnline need to run only, if you are using these features.
