No, its a fresh install (two actually), or at least very close to that.

did you make sure, your environment meets the requirements - ASP.NET 4.5.1 or later, app pool running in integrated mode and full trust?

Yes, and it is the same setup where the previous DNN 8 install worked without any problems like this.

Hi,

Some updates. We just tried again to install the same DNN version and this time we did not see these problems. Will continue to watch out for this and update this post if we find out anything more what caused this.
