I am creating portal through code. when i select default Template and create portal then it goes well and create a portal. but , when i am trying to choose Custom template(Exported from host site settings) it gives me error. what it is.

i get .. Error: is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: format ---> System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: format at System.String.Format(String format, Object arg0) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Sands_PS.View.cmdUpdate_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---             this error if i choose custom template . by selecting default site template it goes well. is there any issue in exporting template or else i have to do any other setting?

i found where is the issue. its an portal.template.xsd file issue .i need this file upgrated. we use this file in module. where do i searched for that . where do i get upper version file.? or else i have to create this file DNN instance version wise?
