Any ideas how I can debug this issue further? Is there something in database that I can check which could be making the English version not load and/or forcing the redirect to the Polish version? Thanks.

please check taburls table, it might contain redirects as well.
If you install X3 Url Management module (http://dnnurlmanagement.codeplex.com) it will provide you with an UI for Advanced URL settings.

Thanks Sebastian.

So the English version of the page has a TabId = 1146. I looked at the TabUrls table and found 2 records where TabId = 1146:

  • 1st record has Seq = 1 and Url = /Privacy-Policy-en-US
  • 2nd record has Seq = 2 and Url = /Privacy-Policy

I'm assuming I need to delete that 2nd record but I don't know if this impacts some other table.. Can you please advise on that.

most important are aliases of the page, DNN is falsely redirecting to - where an alias might catch the browser, before the language detection redirects.
Make sure, each page has aliases (i.e. records in tabUrls table) only for the correct language.
