Hello everyone, I have trouble getting DNN SMTP to run well with MSO 365, despite setting things up correctly.

When Host is the same as Username, test email gets sent out without issue. However, when I change Host (no-reply@me.com) to something different from my Username, it fails. I have made sure that the user has been assigned Send As access. On top of that, my own custom .NET application could send out just fine.

That will never work. Better way is to create a Connector in O365 and whitelist the IP address where your DNN runs.
