Default language of my website is an RTL language so i change 'protal.cs' tags and to them direction:rtl; but still i need support another laguage and this language is LTR and so I need to change cs attributes or portal.cs dynamically when select new language what can i do?

Did you check out the direction handler for RTL utility.. is under utilities on the language pack page: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/DotNetNukeProjects/CoreLocalization/LanguagePacks/tabid/933/Default.aspx

Yes saw it but it's hard to implements it because i should rename all of my control accoring to using it. and this is impossible and also i amn't need to change RTL attribute of all controls but i need to change RTL attribute in protal.cs according to selected language
