It looks like Peter missed this point when he implemented the new region and country control.

all set.. had to create a new account but its done now and reported.

Note that I also found a related problem with the region field, which is now so tightly tied to the country that is can't be used separately at all.

region depends on country, as regions are now taken from pre-populated ISO list.
