Sure, go to Page Settings and check the "Disabled" checkbox.

Note that your menu needs to respect that setting when constructing the navigation links. The xslt that is in your original post doesn't seem to look for "disabled". You might want to check the DDR Menu documentation in the DNN Wiki for a list of the data that is available for each page.

thanks for your response, in DNN 9 Page "Disable" option is not available, any other way ?

unfortunately, this feature was forgotten, when implementing the new PersonaBar. It should be re-added in a subsequent version (9.1.1 or later).
As a workaround, you may modify the value directly in the database by running the following statement in SQL window (you need to adopt portalID and TabPath as well as clear DNN cache afterwards):
UPDATE {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}Tabs] SET DisableLink = 1 WHERE PortalID = 0 AND TabPath = N'//Home/Test"
