Hi,
The installation person left and didn't leave me database access. I have Host username - password but in File Management it says that all the folders are empty and when I try to access any root folders like
http://www.browninteriors.com/Portals/_default/Templates/
it shows 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied
I don't know DNN that well so please let me know if I don't understand something and where I can get access to view and edit root folders. I also cannot get FTP password and username so I cannot use localhost kind of thing. And I have a question how to upload files straight to root, not to /Portals/0/.. as if I need to upload robots.txt search engines cannot find them at /portals/0/robots.txt
I'm looking forward to any help and thank you so much

Accepted Answer
in admin > file manager and host > file manager, did you select root folder and perform a recursive database sync?
