Here also a failing editbutton. I do not see the module bar when I click on the pencil. Xcillion skin on DNN 9.0.2

I am also getting the Floating module issue when attempting to add a module to a page. I assumed it was an issue with my Skin but I can'/t figure out what it is.

This is happening for me too, and it definitely seems like an issue in my custom skin (it works in Xcillion, but I'd prefer to not have to switch back and forth every time I want to add a module), though I haven't figured out what it is. I do see that the module appears in the Page Settings even while it's floating, and I thought that would help, but since there's no way to place it into a pane from those settings, it doesn't fix the problem, since reloading the page removes the module because it was never placed anywhere. I also tried referencing Xcillion/Common/AddFiles.ascx to see if the CSS/JS includes there would help, but they didn't.

If anyone has figured out how to fix this, more information would be greatly appreciated.

I had been struggling with this issue, and the culprit was that my skin was excluding DNN's default CSS (example: https://gist.github.com/bdukes/2b26a6...) – removing that tag seems to have fixed the drag-and-drop issues.
