Hello,

Could someone help.  I've installed DNN succesfully now several times on different instances of XP.  After getting the impression that WIN2K3 was a much better hosting platform, I've now been attempting to get a single instance of V.4.03.02 going.  Needless to say, I haven't had any succes whatsoever yet.    I keep getting a simple 404 Page not found error, which would normally lead you to beleive things are screwed up in IIS.  6.0 has proven to be much more of challenge than 5.1 to work with.  I can't even seem to simply delete a virtual directory.

I've tried setting the site up under an instance of new web site also, to no avail.  Tried using the default web site, tried the virtual directory.  All with the same 404 Page not found error.  I navigate to default.aspx in IIS, right click browse, 404 page not found.  This leads me to believe I've completely missed something in 6.0 that I'm unaware of.

After closing IIS and coming back to it, a created VD puts itself under the Application Pools folder also, very weird.

Help?

Michael
