I compare Dnn7 and Dnn9 through the video and found that DNN9 looks missing some features like themes and users manager. 

Is that right or just I have not found the right place for the features ?

I just confued.

Any one knows why ?

Rick,

DNN 9 (still) misses some settings in the new UI (Persona Bar) - but not themes and user management. Themes can be uploaded through Settings :: Extensions, Install Extension, and chosen in Manage :: Themes. User Management is found under Manage :: Users.

Thanks

I am a new in Dnn. I watch video from website and found so differents between Dnn7 and Dnn9. But most the tutorial video are from Dnn7. That makes me headache.

Rick,

I understand. The admin interface changed a lot in DNN 9, and - sorry to say that - not everything is logical at the first sight compared with DNN 8 and before. I compare that to the change in MS Office from menus (up to 2013) to ribbons (since 2007). There were also a lot of things you did not find in the first moment, and MS made some changes to make it more intuitive. Hopefully that will happen here as well. The other point is that DNN is Open Source software, and - as with most of this - documentation is always some steps beyond.
