Greetings,

 

When using the reset password link the email is being sent with the token but when the end user clicks on the link they are taken to the site and getting this message. "The password reset link has expired and is no longer valid." In my testing this is happening immediately. I create a new account using Bulk Manager and wait for the email. So within minutes of getting the email it is advising that The password reset link has expired and is no longer valid. I have contacted my hosting provider, managed.com and they are looking into it. Any idea on what the issue might be?

I just wanted to confirm this issue. This should be checked in as a bug; Which I will do after this post.
I had not touched any of the email templates in the \App_GlobalResources\GlobalResources.resx file.
I had modified the terms and privacy policy in this file using the site setting/language section of DNN.

Below is one example of the EMAIL_PASSWORD_REMINDER_BODY.Text (Which I have never modified)

Notice all the amp; that were added between the PasswordReset&resetToken=[Membership:PasswordResetToken] section.

I am on DNN 9.1.0 updated directly from DNN 7.4 (I will have to try this on a clean DNN 9 install)
