I have a site that is 8.0.4.226 site.  I just moved to a Window 10 laptop and I am trying to get my development site running

The site will run but the menu will not load and if you try to login with the host account it crashes

The URL has a message about not being able to find NewtonSoft.json 7.0.0.0 

Newtonsoft.json on the pc is the latest version 10.  And NuGet only has a version 7.0.1 that you can download or force an install for.

I validated that none of the modules I have created reference NewtonSoft so i can only guess it is in the DNN code

I tried to upgrade my site to 9 few weeks ago but the upgrade had issues and would never finish running.

Any help to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
