Dear DotNetNuke Pros,

Please help with this error, which I find in the Chrome console on page load...

DnnImageHandler.ashx Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

...so how can I fix or workaround this error?

Please advise.

Does the error indicate which resource was not loaded? Check the developer tools' Console tab for possibly more information as to what was not loaded.

I appreciate your reply.

Actually, I switched the theme all-around to Xcillion and the error seems to have gone away.

I am going to leave it as-is, because I do want to use Xcillion, and I am just going to guess that it must have been some kind of theme-specific resource in the other theme I was using, maybe a missing image or something, due to the fact that the other theme was not installed/setup correctly.

So, "case ignored via workaround", so it is still a kind of mystery, but not a mystery I need to solve at this point.
