I had a site on v8.0.4 that I upgraded to 9.0.1. Under v8 it was using the control bar for it's admin functions. After upgrading to v9, the conmtrol bar is there but it does not function. (ie. "Edit Page" does nothing but generate a 404 on a virtual function call  on http://mysite.com/API/internalservices/controlbar/ToggleUserMode ). I cannot edit,add,move layout, etc...

I think this is a call that 8.x and lower understood. I cannot however engage my persona bar because the page that used to allow me to set that /host/host-settings has been removed in v9.

So I have a v9 site that is set to use control bar but does not work with controlbar AND does not show the persona bar, nor allows me to set the property to make it show at all so what do I do?

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I have verified that value does exists when I set it to Personna Bar but it does not work. I have uploaded a short video that shows the live site:

a) logging in as host under persona bar. - will not see personna bar (whitespace on side)
b) changing to control bar. -
c) observe that "edit page" fail with 404 errors in console
d) observe that I cannot use Admin>File Management (404 error)
e) observe that I cannot add module (404 error)
f) I change back to persona bar
g) now persona bar visible on side but no controls, also visible on bottom
h) when using personna bar "add Module" observe same 404 error as when using the control bar.

Any and all ideas are welcome.
