I have a page that will be used as a template eg animalPage

I have the following type of data which I'd like to store in the simplest way possible and be able to update easily from a CSV

animal,averageWeight,color,Etc(eg 30 columns of data)

frog,0.5,green

elephant,500,purple

I'd like to pull that data into my animalPage dependent on the animal. I don't wish to type all that data into each animal page (I intend to set up the page only by adding it as a page in the appropriate menu).

Is the simplest way to create a new table in my MS SQL database and have a primary key the same as my page name? If so how is this most easily updated and pulled into each webpage?

You could upload your csv file on the server and then use the form&list module to import it. Next you can create a custom list template to show the data the way you want it.

Here is where you can find the module: https://github.com/DNNCommunity/DNN.F...
