Hi, I have an error occurring in a test desktop module which I will copy below. can you help me figure out the cause? I have the module working as well on a test server and the files appear ideantical to the version showing the error. Please let me know if you can tell what this means.

There doesn't appear to be enough information to know for sure what the issue is. I'd suggest throwing it into a debugger. Whatever the issue is, there is data/file missing or a typo somewhere.
