My name is Harry and I have worked the front end of DNN for almost a year now and feel pretty comfortable with working in the system, installing new mods, and even some minor configuration again from the GUI. I am currently using a hosting company that has great support folks but when something goes wrong I do not always get a quick fix and my only thought is completely administering the DNN installation myself. The fact that worries me is I have several sites on my one DNN installation, these are not just hobby sites, these are folks that count on me to deliver a quality site and hosting with minimal to no down time. Another scary part is it seems when I have a issue with one site they all go down. Currently I am getting a Unhandled Error for my log files being full and I can not log in to any of my sites (nor can my customers as well) so in the end I look like an idiot to my customers. The affects at this point of being down have been few, but the more customers I get the more I feel I may need the support.

Sorry for the long intro...so the question is how difficult is it to administer DNN from the back end with no programming experience and are most people encountering many problems with DNN in general or is it just my hosting company screwing up?

Directionally confused..Thanks
