Somehow from the last DNN 9.0.1 install I did the html module has changed from the one I am used to. Installed a fresh DNN 9.0.1 and now the module in unusable. I have pics but this stupid form will not upload my png files.

There is a release, DNN 9.1 this I think should be the 1st action.
Your post is not very informative but consider testing with .jpg and .gif files - if it can't do them then it might be some other problem with the install. If it does then consider the format and size of the png file (there are a number of png formats). Also the HTML editor is in the process of being changed - you may have a mismatch of configurations.
