I have upgraded to the latest version of 3.3.2 of DNN.  The portal and all of the links inside the portal work fine.  However, I have 2 asp.net 1.1 apps which are in folders underneath the portal directory and they are receiving the linkclick.asp error below. But if I comment out the linkclick.aspx line in the web.config file, the 2 web apps work fine but portal links (links that are links to files housed in the portal, first option when creating a link using link module) do not work but instead give the linkclick.aspx error.  Any ideas?
