IS THERE A WAY OF COPYING AND PASTING MS EXCEL ROWS AND COLUMNS/CELLS INTO THE CK EDITOR WITHOUT HAVING A CELL NESTED WITH A CELL?

If I have an existing table set up with some content in a 3 column by 5 row table, anytime I want to copy and paste from Excel more content into the table in the DNN editor, the cells become nested. I don't like or want that. We have users who want to copy and paste from Excel many rows and they do not want to do it row by row. What a pain!! Any suggestions would be welcome. I have never found the tables and cells easy to use in DNN. They are very awkward, whether it was Telerik or the CK Editor.
