Hi There,

somehow new users are not getting verification email. As portal administrator I am getting email about a new user registration but any other emails are not being sent. SMTP settings are ok because portal administrator is getting emails as well as one of our custom modules sending emails with the same Mail.Send() system successfully.

Any clues?

anyone wanting to test... www.smdservicesllc.com is my test site...  if I register a new user, it works fine... but others don't get their verification emails.

AFAIR, there was an issue with previous versions, please upgrade to current DNN 4.3.5

so was this a known issue?  I haven't been able to find many other times that this came up, but it seems like a pretty major deal.  For several of my websites, it's pretty much a deal-breaker, but I'll try the upgrade and see if it makes a dif.

Any further info on this would be appreciated.

I run 4.3.5, and am seeing sporadic delivery of verification emails.

It's unclear to me yet whether this is a DNN issue or a bad SMTP setup.
