Victor,

Please check the folder permissions - the app pool user should have modify permissions throughout the whole installation, and - in this case - esp. in the ~/App_Data/search folder.

Then try to run the scheduler task to rebuild the index.

Most likely, IIS needs to be configured to serve WOFF2 files. You can do this in your web.config file like so:

  <staticContent>

    <remove fileExtension=".woff2" />

    <mimeMap fileExtension=".woff2" mimeType="application/font-woff2" />

  </staticContent>

Can you verify that Woff2 is correctly registered in IIS for the website by going to IIS Manager, selecting your website, and choosing Mime Types.
