I need to upload large files through my DNN 9.3 website. I need to allow 1GB file max. But it is allowing 28MB max.
I tried this one too. https://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/working-with-large-files
But no Luck.

I have linked Amazon web S3 file storing option for this. But my DNN site is not allowing to store atleast 100MB file.

Please, can you advise me for this?

Thank you.

Hi,

Our DNNUserFiles module (https://www.evotiva.com/products/dnn-user-files) can handle big uploads (especially to S3 or Azure via DNNGlobalStorage https://www.evotiva.com/products/dnn-global-storage) without the need of any web.config or IIS update.

Best,

H

Yes. I checked that link and done the first step. But I can not see a file called "Metabase.xml" to do the second step. That post was posted in 2012 and my server does not exist that settings or the file.

I checked this problem further and tried to figure out where is the breaking point.

I am using this with a third party module. It used to upload file save first in the site temp folder and upload to the AWS S3 bucket. I can see temp file has the full file. Then when I hit synchronize the file to the server option, it deletes from the temp folder and uploads. But when it uploads to the S3 then I can see the file name with 0byte file size on S3. The full file has not uploaded well.

Please, can you help me to fix this issue? Appreciate your support.

Oh, then I would suspect either the third party module or something with S3... Have you tried contacting the developer of that module?
