Yes. I checked that link and done the first step. But I can not see a file called "Metabase.xml" to do the second step. That post was posted in 2012 and my server does not exist that settings or the file.

I checked this problem further and tried to figure out where is the breaking point.

I am using this with a third party module. It used to upload file save first in the site temp folder and upload to the AWS S3 bucket. I can see temp file has the full file. Then when I hit synchronize the file to the server option, it deletes from the temp folder and uploads. But when it uploads to the S3 then I can see the file name with 0byte file size on S3. The full file has not uploaded well.
