I updated a custom DNN webform module (4 lines of JS), then built & updated the module via DNN's web interface. I noticed that whilst the module was uploaded, the part of the website related to that module is now wholly not functional (it is a login/user dashboard). 

As I say, the change was not large and was not related to any C# logic involved in the build process - really the new JS should have just been minified and that's all.

Error msg:

InnerMessage:Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Rest.ClientRuntime, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=<REDACTED>' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

I am researching documentation and stack overflow posts, hoping someone in these forums can help....
