Hi, I can't get any results in my google analytics account on my dnn site. I tried placing the code in a html module with the container not visible and i have also installed the google analytics module from dnnstuff.com. I applied the module to all pages. I was wondering if there is something I am missing or doing wrong? When I view the source code for my file the correct code is there from my google analytics account. My google analytics account says it is receiving data from the website and we receive tons of hits a day from our paid google keywords, so something should be there.IS there a certain place I am supposed to put this module on the page??? Thank you very much for your help!

A couple of things.

1.) How long has it been since you put the analytics on your site?

It usually takes up to 5 days to get data for me.

2.) When you add the analytics script to the Text/HTML module make sure you click HTML add the code and then update.  There seems to be a bug that doesn't keep the code.

Stuart

Stuart-

Thank you very much for your reply. A few weeks ago I had the code in an html module but I had it visible to the admin only (which was wrong). I should have just made the container not visible. I believe I only left the code up for a few days like this because I didn't see any results in my account. Now, this week (monday afternoon) I installed dnn stuff's google analytics module, put my code in and put it on all pages. I thought that it might take a day or so to see results. But after reading your post, I will check it next week to see if it started giving me reports. Thank you!
