I am using Feedback module and able to send email to the adminstrator. Is it possible to send email to more than one person who is adminstrator ( for the same portal) .

most email programs allow to create distribution list, so enter this mailbox address instead.

with your webspace and domain you usually also get a number of email addresses and an administration interface (depending on your host) here you can add your email accounts (mailboxes) and either define them to be pop3 for direct access or forwarding to one or multiple other email accounts. create a mailbox feedback@mydomain.com (replace mydomai.com with your domainname) and set it up as forwarding to the email accounts you desire. If you are using an inhouse mail server, please contact your postmaster.

The portal is a intranet web site.  If we have to create a distribution list to send email of the feed back to more than one email address and each time we have add/remove then we need to contact them to edit the list.

Is there any other way so the either host or admin can change using the settings to send email to more than one email address
