when I install the forums module, and then:

1. go into the forums area

2. select Manage Forums

3. click on the All hyperlink (to show all users)

I only see users who have actually looked at the forums area; ie if I have 20 users, and only two of them have looked at the forums, I only see 2 users listed.

didnt see this problem listed in gemini, or Projects forums, and doesnt seem to be "by design"

is this a bug that I should log in gemini?

This is not a bug, it is by design.

The user never hits the Forum_Users table until the user hits the forums page logged in once.
