After reinstall the SQL Server and select a case insensitive collation, I can now successfully install the DNN 4.3.3.

However, when I attempt to explore different functions in DNN, it prompted error about the Collation, it seems the the local collation (Chinese_Taiwan_Stroke_90_CI_AS) cannot work with DNN.

May I know which Collation should be used to run DNN? 
Does it mean that we must use "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" in this case?

Error reported for Collation problem:
