There are only 2 forums setup on this forum: General and Unresolved / ToDo

I create a new regular user and then go into forum settings and check on the Discussions check box and click update. This is when I get the INSERT...FOREIGN KEY error.

So I go back and check on the 2 below that. (At that time there 2 duplicates were not there.) I click update and no error. I then go back into settings and 2 duplicate forums appear below the other 2 and these are unchecked.

Any ideas?

I am not sure why but the format above got all messed up when I posted it. Before clicking Update here I did a select all, copy and then pasted this into a thread on the forum where this behavior is happening and it has formatted perfectly but here (at least on my browser IE6) I have a problem seeing this format. Here is the other forum post:

THis should not be a problem in forum version 3.20.08, please let me know if it still is.
