Nicola, thats a big question to answer, may I recommend being more specific after you read teh documentation and scan the forums.  I dont mean but most people will bypass such a general question.

What I wouild recommend is comparing older versions of dnn core modules to new ones.
Reading documentation
Participating in Forums here, asking and helping.
Also seeing whats available on snowcovered, you might get what you need from there.

I was thinking about two pages, one for showing the list of
requests with buttons for insert/update/delete
and another page with form-style for editing

there is actually a third way of doing this - create your module using SQL Server and then create a connection string within your module (you can save this to MOduleSettings) which connects to Oracle.

Using standard OLEDB, you should then be able to pull/push data into your Oracle database.
