This is more of a sql server question, but how do you shrink the database? It says I have 99% unused space after truncating a bunch of tables. The size should be about 30MB, like all my other DNN databases, but the data file has grown to 3,000MB! Is it just impossible after you let it grow too much?

I've tried shrink, simple recovery and backup (only shrinks the log), and reindexing. I'm using SQL 2005 now. All the maintenance options didn't do anything to reduce the size. It seems to be using over 10GB of actual storage...

Sorry found it. My db went from 3000MB to 100MB lol!

Simple query:
DBCC SHRINKDATABASE (mydatabase, 1)

1 means 1% free space to leave.

Funny how shrink in enterprise manager doesn't do this.
