So I opened my skin file in the Expression Web Designer and everything looked as though it were changing as I moved things around. When I switched to the design view, everything looked good, the whole skin looked like the webpage. I was really excited. So I went to my webpage and uploaded the skin file I had just changed and when I preview it it does not look like it did, its missing colors and various other things. Did I miss a step or somthing else. Please help. Thanks for your imput.

Hello sorry I was not able to get to forums and answer many questions.

You mentioned you made some changes to the skin - how did you this in Expressions? In html?  if you did that you need to reparse or repackage the skin and update it.

To reparse a skins you need to locate it in the admin/skins or host/skins area and click the link at the bottom that says reparse skin - that is if you use html.

If you used ascx, you might have cache - which means you have to hit the CTRL F5 button, or go to host/settings/advanced/other and clear the cache.

If that's not it  you'll have to explain a little more about what you did so we can help advise you to what you may have to do.
