Short on sleep, I find myself making errors I can't find sometimes.
What's wrong with this css code?

.Normal {
font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: 0.825em;
font-weight: normal;
color: #000000;
text-decoration: none;
}
A.Normal:link {color: #A33267; text-decoration: none;}
A.Normal:visited {color: #A33267; text-decoration: none;}
A.Normal:hover {color: #CFA2F4; text-decoration: underline;}
A.Normal:active {color: #A33267; text-decoration: none;}

Links show up underlined in blue... like my style is never applied.

Thanks,

Sam T.

possibly lowercase your CSS as "a.normal:link" etc?

Nothing wrong that i see.  Lowercase is more compliant, but that should work.

The problem is probably where you are expecting it to work.

Maybe the links are not inside a parent element with the Normal class assigned?

Mind taking a look at the page?

The intent is for links to match a certain color scheme...

Dear Sam

There is nothing wrong with this .css
But it seems that the links not have a normal class.
I think... the links are normal <a></a>links and not <a class="normal"></a> links. This shall work I think.

A:link {color: #A33267; text-decoration: none;}
A:visited {color: #A33267; text-decoration: none;}
A:hover {color: #CFA2F4; text-decoration: underline;}
A:active {color: #A33267; text-decoration: none;}

Normally I also set a hover for a active link and a focus (works not in IE) like this:

a:link, a:visited {color: #A33267; text-decoration: none;}
a:hover {color: #CFA2F4; text-decoration: underline;}
a:active, a:focus {color: #A12345; text-decoration: none;}
a:active:hover {color: #A54321; text-decoration: none;}

Hope this will help.
