I downloaded the release version of DNN4.3 and followed the installation instructions. When I get to the point of running the default.aspx page for the first time, the following error appears:

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: The entry 'SiteSqlServer' has already been added.

A this point, there are no tables created in the Database, if I press refresh on the page I get:

DotNetNuke Upgrade Error

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

ERROR: Could not connect to database.

The type initializer for 'DotNetNuke.Data.DataProvider' threw an exception.
