Hey guys,

Just wanted to ask if anyone know both of them - Which forum is best? DNN core forums or active forums?

I'm considering installing a forum on my site, and thinking about active forums. The only thing is that it costs 50 USD

So, do I think it's worth the price?

Regards

Eden

ActiveForums is most definitely worth the price.  The features and stability far outrun any that I have worked with.

But for a free forum the core one kicks butt. :- )

In my view the core Forums are very poor at the moment but I hope the will improve over time.

If your site needs a forum then you've got to go with Active Forums. I really can't understand why it's not being used here while the core forums are developed into a more professional and functional product.
