Over the last couple of years, I've had a common request from customers that are using a single instance of DNN to host multiple related websites:  How do you share events on the calendar between the sites?

I've built a module that will allow you do this, and have recently made it available for free.

Features summary:

  • When events are added to the calendar, a checkbox list of portals is displayed.
  • The module settings for each calendar instance allow you to select whether to only show events for the portal in which the module exists, or to show all events from all portals.
  • Events are displayed on the calendar with details that pop up when a user moves the mouse over the event title.
  • Settings allow you to customize the format of the popup header and body.
  • Fully localizable using DNN 3x/4x localization features

You can download the module for free from:

Please feel free to send any feedback, questions, or comments to feedback@friscotechnology.com.

Thanks!
