I am having the same issue on development and production. In a test page the script tag referencing webresource.axd with a session id can be seen but in DotNetNuke it is missing from the source. on dotnetnuke.com it is also missing but my profile update seems to work, here. No form post works on my setups.

WebResource.axd is not a real file.  It is used in ASP.Net 2.0 to deliver client-side Javascript through an Http Handler. You won't ever see the file on the server.

You can see if it is working correctly by going to the page source and coping that url, then pasting it into the url of a new browser window.

If you get a file back with javascript in it then it is working.  If you don't, then something is stopping it from being delivered.

In the case of the other 3rd party compression tool it probably needs to be configured to ignore and not compress the request for that "file".

1. I know that

2. I have done that on page that actually have the sript tag in them

3. Got it

4. Did that

Still not working. Fact is when I view source on the pages the script tag is not even in there on these sites. Trying to figure out why.

stevepro,

You might have "been there" and "done that", but I try to be a little more thorough in my replies so that others can learn.

It doesn't appear that you are asking for help, so let us know when you figure out the problem if you don't mind.
