DotNetNuke Version 4.3.3

When installed, and trying to generate a new module I get the error Missing ReportInfo.vb and ReportsController.vb

The files do not seem to have been installed in my c:\DotNetNuke4 directory when I unzipped the DotNetNuke_4.3.3_Source files.

However I was able to find them in the zip file. The Reports.dnn install file indicates the two files are to be installed under the [app_code] path. (see below)

Why was the Reports module done this way?

I installed the files under my c:\DotNetNuke4\Website\App_Code directory and added them to the project and the project compiled. How do I figure out the [app_code] path?

Is what I did correct?

Info from the Reports.dnn file:

<file>
          <path>[app_code]</path>
          <name>ReportsController.vb</name>
        </file>
        <file>
          <path>[app_code]</path>
          <name>ReportInfo.vb</name>
        </file>

I'm having the same problem here, but I'm not sure if that's the correct solution to the problem. Can someone elaborate on this?
