I tried to upgrade a portal and it installed fine, but takes me to a blank portal, and I cannot even get a login screen. I also noticed that the 0 portal files were deleted after the install. I moved the files back, but still nothing. Can't login. There are no pages.

Shouldn't it be upgrading? I'm using the upgrade package. It also installs My Website overtop and I can't login. What's the deal??

Now no one can login, and passwords are not sent for both the admin and host accounts. I copied the keys over. Any ideas now?
