"But if you want to next password get in cleared..".What does that mean??

I simply want to get access to all the stored passwords - the not encrypted plain text!

If somebody know how this is possible, then please write me!

And please explain it, in details...

I too need to be able to see all my user's passwords. We bulk registered all 550 users to our site (corporate intranet) and I need to do an audit to see which users haven't changed their password from the simple default password.

I found the encrypted passwords in the aspnet_Membership table. How can I un-encrypt these passwords?

I am not 100% sure how DNN works to do the encryption, however you could have a look at the core and see if you can figure out the encryption method used there and reverse engineer it.

You can get the decrypted password using ASP .NET Code or Dot Net Nuke API's.  If you need more information then i will have to do some heavy looking.  I learned that you can do this but decided that I didn't want to know any of the passwords so I never used it.  You should be able to look through the API's for either ASP or DNN and be able to find out how to access the information.  As for viewing the password in the database unencrypted, you won't be able to.  Once the data is stored in an encrypted format you can't convert it in the database.
